Dev Log #2 A few hours latar.. 2026-06-12 by: NorthGate Gemstone's Heartwood Online Handbook -Created the main public site domain at heartwoodonlinehandbook.com (it is live right now but under construction) -Added user login support for the main site domain and expanded on perms system. -Connected the support ticket alert system so staff can be notified while tickets still save inside the website. -Added automatic event-reminder groundwork for automatic email event notifications. -Created member-only support tickets so signed-in players can contact staff through the Handbook. -Added ticket confirmations. -Expanded staff ticket tools with notification status tracking for pending, sent, failed, or unconfigured alerts. -Added Manager ticket viewing. Close, reopen, and delete controls for Members with the Permissions. -Created event creation controls for date, time, AM/PM, and timezone selection on phone and PC that auto detect timezone per your browser to aid in event time offsets. -Added member-based event reminders with a visible “Reminder set” status on event pages. -Added controls for members to remove their own event reminders. -Expanded account navigation so signed-in users can see their name, rank, and dashboard access more clearly. -Added user notification settings, with event emails OFF by default for new accounts. -Created account deletion options for users and admin cleanup tools for old or unused accounts. -Created the new Abilities section for class ability information that can be edited by Editors. -Added class grouping for Rogue, Warrior, Priest, and Mage abilities. (spells) -Created new Talents section to help explain attributes and point allocation. -Created the new Crafting Skills section for mining, woodcutting, fishing, blacksmithing, carpentry, tailoring, leatherworking, cooking, and herbalism guides. -Added support for larger crafting guides with text and multiple images. -Created the new Crafting Recipes section for materials, quantities, level requirements, result items, notes, and recipe/table images. -Expanded the handbook backend safely while preserving existing users, items, tickets, events, uploads, and staff roles.
